The system has been solely created to cater to meth sampling companies so the features of the system are like nothing you’ll find in any other system.

Initially born out of a lack of automation within the meth testing industry, Meth Manager is designed to transform the way sampling companies do business. Created as an intuitive client management and inspection system Meth Manager was adapted to introduce practical solutions to traditionally manual aspects for the job by adapting the latest technology. This creates a more stream line, accurate and time saving approach allowing the user to undertake more work without increasing office workload.

There are four key parts to Meth Manager :

  • The Customer Management Tool

  • The Inspection App

  • Automated invoicing with Xero integration

  • Report Creator and Storage

The Customer Management Tool will book jobs, manage staff, manage client reports and invoicing. Use the CRM Tool as a library and keep all your reports and records safe. Or assign and send jobs to your field technicians instantly using the App.


Key feature: Meth Manager’s booking system sends automated emails to your clients throughout the process to keep them updated on the progress of their job.


The Inspection App have been designed for methamphetamine sampling companies working in line with NZS8510:2017, the National Testing Standards. The App has been designed to uphold the best practice sampling standards in the meth testing industry and produce reports instantly.


Key feature: See previously sampled job data, field blank registry, post-decontamination sampling plan creator.


Meth Manager has an automated invoicing system built in interacting automatically with Xero. Meth Manager can automatically recognise when a payment has been made which will prompt the corresponding report to be sent instantly! No report will ever be sent without receiving payment first (This can be turned off for specific clients eg: property management companies who work off invoices). This will have a huge impact on cash flow as you will no longer have to carry debt with the hope that private clients will pay before your supplier invoices are due.


Key feature: With Meth Manager’s Invoicing you can set an individual accounts email or have the invoice go direct to the property manager, you can also set a late payment fee. Changes can be added for jobs including additional travel time or onsite time etc. Payment methods include automated Stripe payment portal and/or bank transfer.


Report Creator and Storage, create beautiful reports created automatically based on data supplied within the Inspection App. Meth Manager is also a record keeper designed to hold all relevant documentation about a job and the property. From being able to view past reports, to health and safety information or sampling plans having this information at hand will save time, injury and creates consistency between sampling.
